Welcome to my online BJJ journal.  I started this weblog to keep in touch with friends and other BJJ players as well as to share the 411 on my academy.  The posts are kinda random but will be about recent events at our studio, training, injuries, BJJ news, gear, and anything else pertinent.

My name is Jeff Giroux.  I’m a purple belt in BJJ and have been grappling since high school wrestling.  I am a guy who believes in learning from everyone.  Regardless on your academy, network, or brand of grappling…come on in but please check any egos at the door.

Where do I teach and train?   Giroux BJJ Academy is located at 160 Oak St, Unit 210, Glastonbury, CT 06033.  Fun workouts for all level of player.   Easy to get to off exit 8 on route 2 in Glastonbury, CT.  If you have any questions pls call and lets go over them.  Then come on down and try out class.  You’ll be glad you did.   860.633.1466
